Power Connector - EZ line - 5015

The Amphenol EZ 5015 series combines all the advantages of a standard MIL-C-5015 industrial connector, with the simplicity of spring cage terminations usually used in
terminal blocks.

No more need for cabling skills and specific cabling tools.

A standard screwdriver is sufficient to terminate the cable to the connector, in less than 30 secondes for 4 contacts.

The EZ 5015 series is metallic, with thread or bayonet coupling and two levels of sealing IP55 or IP67.

The EZ 5015 20-4 has 3 contacts of 20 A and one First Mate Last Break Earth contact, optionaly grounded to the shell.

This serie is intermateable with all MIL-C-5015 20-4 connectors of any other sources.

Spring cage termination allows to avoid any lead used to solder traditional contacts, which conforms to RoHS directives.

The maximum permissible wire section is 2,5 mm2 (AWG 14).

The plug is connected on the receptacle with a thread coupling or a bayonet coupling which allows a tactile or auditive mating confirmation.
